The interior of the Texas Memorial Museum is adorned by the seals of the nations which ruled Texas. Brass inlaid designs and carvings decorate the red marble walls, and light fixtures add a definitive 20th century flair. Outside, the west entrance is sealed by heavy bronze doors depicting a Texas man and woman sowing a field in a grandiose style that could only have come from the 1930s.
